what are some reoccuring concepts that i keep seeing in my research:
- reusing materials
- that have outlived their useful life
- are considered waste
- off cuts
- Modular
- Lightweight
- Compact-able
- spatial structure
things i am interested in/passionate about:
- I am really interested in the way that people interact with different materials and how these materials can be used in a different way to create a “home”
- passionate about creating something that can easily be transported from place to place (as i move around a lot it has to be practicable for me)
overall goals for my research:
- to find and develop a way that 2 materials can be assembled and disassembled and transported from place to place that allows them to become a structure for a nomadic person to live in short term or long term
- “alternative living”
- “portable home”
